Zhen Zheng, BMed, PhD
Dr. Zheng is an associate professor at the school of Health and Biomedical Sciences, RMIT University, Australia
Dr. Zheng’s research focuses are psychophysics of pain and use of acupuncture for pain management. During her NHMRC TRIP (National Health and Medical Research Council, Translating Research into Practice) fellowship, Australia, she led a multi-disciplinary team successfully implement acupressure for post-operative nausea and vomiting in a Victorian hospital, and has since developed a framework to enable further implementation. She will share the process of implementation, discuss the barriers and facilitators and explain the framework.
